This is our magazine "Sunrise" - project for the Making Media course, one of my courses at RMIT University.

"Sunrise" is the beginning of a day. It is also the moment that will affect your whole day. If you have an energetic morning, you will have a wonderful and productive day.

"Sunrise" is written about some healthy morning habits: some delicious but quick and easy recipes for breakfast, some benefits of doing exercises that may motivate you to be more active, some playlists on Spotify to kick-off your new day, or even the invaluable moments when you spend breakfast with your family. Although morning routine is not a new or impressive topic, we still choose it and express it in an energetic and positive way. With "Sunrise", we want to inspire everyone to be more positive and healthier by improving both their physical health and mental health.
